Minutes of 2nd preparatory meeting of organizing committee regading the registration fees
On 28th March 2011, the organizing committee held the 2nd meeting at DOH – Duhok to discuss & updated the following:-
1- 3 new members added to the committee
- Dr. Hishyar Mohamaed saleh (doctors' syndicate – Duhok)
- Dr. Qasim Hasso Abdullah (doctors' syndicate – Duhok)
- Dr. Nezar Ismet (DOH-MHC)
2- The suggested date for the congress has been changed & will be
two days dated 28-29/10/2011.(Day 1 from 9:00 -18:00)
(Day 2 from 9:00 -14:00)
3- The congress will deal with media agencies for covering the daily activities of congress.
4- The suggested registration fees will be as follows
